Roll Separators

The roller and/or disk separator allows for a dimensional classification from two or several fractions: Powder-Fine-Medium-Coarse and Oversize.
It allows for the separation and/or cleaning of various kinds of materials by using rollers or disks or both together.
Suitable to separate sand, stones and plastic sheets by using very little energy, as well as selecting accepted oversize materials for subsequent reductions and/or selections.
Sizes and flow rates are adjusted according to the specific requests of the client and depending on the products to be selected.
An important feature is the option of setting the sifting gap when the machine is in operation.

Suitable for wet materials like:
woodland chips, short rotation, biomasses in general, SUW, compost, reclaimed wood, etc.
